Roles and Responsibilities

Management of new factory construction project
Project planning and execution, Should prepare project timelines
Site monitoring for safety, quality, cost and time
Co-ordination between the client and consultant, client and contractor, client and agent appointed for approvals.
Conduct on site investigations and analyse data (maps, reports, tests, drawings etc.)
Carry out technical and quality checks
Assess potential risks, materials and costs
Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies
Preparation of various proposals and submission of the same to the various departments, and then, get them approved
Approving measurements and BOM
Organise site meetings/ virtual meetings, Keep records of all important documents
Send weekly progress reports to the management
Preparation of realistic bar charts and pert
Monitor progress and compile reports in project status
Manage budget, costing and purchase equipment/materials, if required
Assist in certification like green buildings, etc., Testing of materials received on site and keeping a log of the same
Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver project and other technical documentation as required, Ensure hygiene and safety on site, ensure covid precautions
