Job Description

Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss
statement, and other reports.
Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
Guides accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions.
Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
Secures financial information by completing data base backups.
Maintaining attendance records and regular monitoring
Preparation of Salary Statement
Streamline the master payroll database and update for changes
Ensure all queries, grievances and escalations are resolved within committed timelines
Maintaining employee personal records database
Conducting interviews up to Senior Executive level. Arranging interviews for Management level.
To prepare Offer Letter to the selected candidates
Arranging and conducting employee welfare activities
Handling stationery requisition, Telephone Billing, Electricity Billing, Housekeeping, AMC of Computer,
Air Conditioners, Hotel Reservations, Hiring Vehicles on Rental Basis when required etc.
Checking mails, Ticket & Hotel booking, and pickup & drop facilities.
Taking care of Business cards, brochures, Stationary etc.
