To exclusively handle,Manage & Deliver the target assigned

.Maintain,and deliver high standards of sales & service.

Ensure customer delight and consistent service experience, including timely resolution of customer queries/issues.
Complete the logs specified by the process (End-of-day target)

Act on the feedback given by Team Leader/Team Coach or Quality or on the coaching provided to the team as guidelines for improving performance

Job Requirement:

Should be a least graduate.
Good communication in English with any regional languages(Telugu,Kannada or Malayalam)
Flexible to work on rotational week offs.
Fixed shift timings(09:30AM - 06:30PM)
Two days week off.
Age below 31.
