Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTON:-
- Experience in .Net, C#, ASP.Net, IIS, MSMQ, Windows services, 2012, 2016, 2019 Windows Server, SQL Server (2008/2014/2016) and Oracle 12c, 18c.
- knowledge on SSL certificates, create CSR, understanding on SSL, Load Balancer, VIP, GTM, basic network concepts.
- Proficient in SQL Server (2014/2016),ability to write SQL queries and stored procedures.
- Technical skills to debug logs, SPs, root cause analysis for apps in .net.
- Perform analysis of critical issues and provide expertise towards resolution.
- Worked in delivering Critical projects and in shorter deadlines.
- Deployments in non-production and Production environments.
- Monitor Production Applications for Health, Availability and Performance 24/7.
- Provide Expert Analysis prior to escalating to Application Maintenance/Dev Teams.
- Knowledge of Linux OS with basic commands
- Knowledge of .net ADO, VB, VBScript, JavaScript, XML, WebLogic, Apache, AEM will be added advantage.
- Understanding and knowledge of SDLC & testing life cycle.
- ITIL knowledge and Service Now Ticketing tool.
- Be a liaison between Production support and development, integration, Business analysts teams.
- Experience in DSR, GDPR, Data privacy, data protection, information management and governance, compliance and legal
- Implementing data protection policy and procedure for handling sensitive data across McAfee
- Assist with the development, implementation, and administration of information security policies, standards, and procedures, adhering to industry best practice
- Ensuring that the privacy by design framework is implemented and operationalized across the organization.
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable privacy laws and regulations that may apply across the locations we operate or provide services
- Building and maintaining working relationships with multiple business units, information technology teams, and engaging with various levels of senior management.
- Need to report status, manage issues and mitigate risks, escalating issues/risks to upper management as appropriate.
- Writing high quality technical documents and process documentation.
- Handling tasks well within the SLA limits and maintaining the KPIs
- Team player and ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Soft Skills: Good communication, analytical and presentation skills, problem solving skills and learning attitude.
Years of experience required for this position: 4-6 years
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar stream
