Job Description

1) Having good knowledge of all finance, accounting, statutory, taxation and administrative compliances from entry level to MIS report through ERP accounting software.
2) Custodian of documenting and recording of all general ledgers, payment certificates and finalization of sub-contractors and suppliers billings in accordance with the terms and conditions of agreements and orders.
3) Responsible for all debtors and creditors controls.
4) Coordinate with unit level Finance Head for getting the MIS in required format.
5) Comply the MIS of all the business for reporting to management.
6) Daily banking report to be sent to management.
7) Review the MIS of all units comparing different rates & getting the required explanation.

8) Strong working experience in Ms-Excel.
