Job Description

'Greetings for the day!!!

Responsibilities:
1. Understanding the client requirements and manage end to end recruitment.
2. Sourcing and calling candidates through Database / Job portals / Social media.
3. Explaining the job role and interview processes to the candidates.
4. Following up with the candidates for interview.
5. Coordinating for the various rounds of interviews.
6. Supporting in onboarding formalities.
7. Target Based Job
8. 6 working days in a week.

Requirements:
1. Graduates/Post Graduates having minimum 6 Months of recruitment experience into a BPO sector.
2. Freshers can also apply.
Job Location: Mumbai
Salary details: (Salary + incentives)
Transport facility will be provided to the candidates within the transport boundaries.
