Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers on our Calls, Chats & Email platforms.
- Identifying customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions in timely manner.
-Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking ownerships.
-Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
-Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service.
