Job Description
Title : International BPO Executive, Pune
Designation : Lead generation Executive
Salary : 30K-35K
Experience : 1-5 Years
Location : Hinjewadi
Job Description :
- You are responsible for contacting leads over the telephone to generate appointments
- The script should sound natural and unrehearsed.
- Need to listen attentively and speak slowly with complete explanation.
- Should be able to handle objections on call.
- Request the name of the best person to call and ask when it's best to call.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications: -
- Should have good Oral and written communication.
- An effective communicator, probably fluid with what he/she is speaking.
- Should be a computer literate.
- Should be flexible enough to adapt to any environment or changes happening in the sector.
- Should be patient enough and quite motivated towards learning new things and execute it effectively on day to day basis.
- Should also have a clear view of what the current market trend is.
- Required qualification - Any Undergrads/Graduates.
- Good exposure in MS Office tools
- Should possess excellent communication skills.
- Should be proactive and should be in a position to comprehend to requests sent via emails or other modes of communication.
- Self-motivated & is Open to work in any shift & extended hours
- Should be able to join immediately.
