Job Description Customer Support INTERNATIONAL INBOUND US MEDICAL BILLING INBOUNDVOICE PROCESSES
INTERNATIONAL US TECH / NON TECH MEDICAL BILLING VOICE INBOUND Customer Support Process ( ENGLISH MUST )
Inbound premium opening (No Outbound Scam or Sales)
Candidate should possess excellent communication skills in English and with ability to manage customer conversation ensuring confidence, clarity and ability to build rapport for Voice Process
Ability to analyse and solve customer queries over the phone (INBOUND, NO SALES & NO TARGETS)
Free Pick or Drop with Security etc.
5 days/week (2 Week Offs )
Either Pick-Up or Drop facility provided with Security Guard (As Per Company Policy)
Provident Fund, Gratuity, Mediclaim, Life Insurance etc. provided
Should be flexible to work in night shifts
