Job Description
will be responsible for overseeing the overall business operations including all corporate functions.
- Should have excellent people skills, strong commercial and business acumen and exemplary work ethics.
Responsibilities:
- Set-up and manage business and functional annual operating procedures across group companies to achieve budgeted growth.
- Establish a performance driven culture by analyzing and interpreting data metrics.
- Be responsible for business planning and productivity improvement across the organization especially ensuring the continuous synch between financial budgets, sales pipelines and recruitment pipelines.
- Oversee all process improvement programs across all functions including Finance, Accounting, IT, HR etc, improve manpower utilization leading to increased productivity and improved cost control.
Education and Experience: CA or Engineer + MBA in Finance/Operations with 20-25 years of experience in fast growing IT/Technology companies
