We are Hiring For Civil Engineer, Project Manager, Site Engineer,
Role: Civil Engineer, Project Manager, Site Engineer
Duties and responsibilities
Audit-Conduct audits of identified potential properties against predetermined standards and submit feasibility report-Devise accurate cost and service estimates for converting audited property and propose realistic timelines for the same, basis audited condition-Plan for optimal inventory and delivery timelines of goods and services for launching propertiesas per estimate Go-live dates in the most cost-effective manner
Operations and Cost Optimization-Ensure all property launches are achieved in a time bound and cost effective manner-Place orders as per planned inventory with the VM team and coordinate for timely deliveries-Regularly monitoring and prioritizing PMC activities to meet stringent go-live timelines
