Job Description
Education
- Graduation (from any background depending on the domain)
Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in audit handling of : 3 ISO.
- ISO 9001:2015 audit handling (QMS Quality Management System),
- ISO 27001:2013 audit handling (ISMS Information Management System),
- ISO 14001:2015 audit handling (EMS Environmental Management System).
- Added advantage on additional knowledge on BCP/ BCMS, Risk Management, Risk framework, Process Implementation on ISO, Process Certification audits on ISOs, Conducted Awareness trainings on ISOs, IT Risk Assessment, PCI DSS, HIPAA,GDPR.
- Must certifications in :
- ISO 9001:2015 LA (Lead Auditor) or ISO 9001 : 2015 IA ( Internal Auditor),
- ISO 27001:9001:2015 LA (Lead Auditor) or ISO 27001:2015 IA ( Internal auditor),
Responsibilities:
- Ensure process Quality for all the processes as per ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 27001, ISO 14001 standards Implement Security and privacy controls as per IS Policy and ISO 27000, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 standards.
- Ensuring effectiveness of all controls identified and listed as per ISO standards and COPC requirements
- Facilitating and coordinating for internal & external audits for the organization.
- Ensuring Compliance and governance as per GRCs Framework ( Governance Risk and Compliances Department )
Knowledge:
- Knowledge on Quality Management ISO 9001, Information Security ISO 27001, Risk Framework, Risk based process audits, ISO 14001
- Security, data privacy and protection.
- Good Hands on MS office and Ms Excel
Documents/Reports:
- Helping in preparation of internal audit / assessment report after the respective audits.
- Maintain and track security and data privacy policies and procedures.
- Implementing and maintaining all the process related documents, presentation, training materials on ISO and compliance framework.
- Collation & tracking of incident reports, Incident Management framework of ISO 27001.
- Process improvement initiatives
- Documentation for ISO 9001, ISO 27001,ISO 14001,COPC, Compliance and Governance frameworks training materials.
Salary Offered - INR 450000/- (Depends on last CTC and experience)
Shift - Day shift

Location - Mahape, Navi Mumbai.
