Job Description
Management and oversight of service delivery processes, including incident management, problem management, request management, change management, service level management, configuration management and communications at various levels during services engagements from tactical (incident-based) to strategic (Global Account Management Strategies)
Leading international team of Windows OS experts supporting our clients, while acting as role model in professionalism, integrity and teamwork
Provide outstanding service to all of NTT DATA Services clients
Focus on quality improvement for the Windows service line for the clients, while working with leadership on cost optimization
Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure that NTT DATA Services meet clients expectations and deliver quality services within specified service level agreements (SLAs) and contractual obligations
Coordinate escalations and collaborate with internal technology teams, leadership and clients to ensure timely resolution of issues
Propose possible process and technical improvements to management
Evaluate emerging technologies to ensure technical solutions are compatible with the companys business needs and strategic objectives Provide technical expertise, guidance and strategic recommendations.
Any other duties commensurate with the level of responsibility of this post and as advised by management
Requirements
Must have 7-9 years of experience
Must have handled a team size of at least 30 people
Must have client facing skills
ITIL qualified
Experience of working with on-shores teams and customers Experience of working for a managed service provider Technical expertise
