No of requirements: There is a requirement for 25 candidates but the count can go to even 30-35 if we find the best and worthful candidates during the recruitment process.
Location: Pan India (Ahmedabad, Pune, Punjab, Chennai, Coimbatore, Kochi, Delhi, Bangalore Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Mumbai)
Compensation: 11.5 K to 12.5 K per month as stipend during internship,
*Post completion of internship of 3 months your compensation will be revised to 3.5 Lac 5 Lac*
Roles and Responsibilities
As an Intern: An intern will undergo a complete module of training where they will be introduced to the aspects of counselling and different software' used for managing candidate pipeline.
Responsibilities As a Counsellor
- To provide professional and quality counselling service that exceeds customer and client expectations
- To achieve student invoice target by intake and assigned destination
- Support execution of the destination wise activity calendars to deliver pipeline leads and conversion targets by intake.
- Build strong client support through 100% compliance of application processes.
- Be a productive and effective member of office team and support Office Managers through exhibiting a collaborative operating style thereby building team spirit
- Effectively implement global priority projects at country/office

- Strong problem resolution and analytical skills
- Post graduate in any discipline passed out in 2021
- Ability to multitask under pressure and meet deadlines
- Visible orientation towards having high quality service as integral part of work ethics
- Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel
