Position : SME /TL
Work location : Chennai - Bayline Infocity, Navalur & Bangalore - Brigade Tech park
Interview Mode : Video round only / MS Teams

Required :
Experience in International BPO .

Very good experience in Claims Adjudication and Claims Processing

Good Team handling skills.

Hands on experience in WGS Platform with Claims .

Must have very good Knowledge Customer support/service .
Excellent communication skill required.
Very good mailing techniques and email etiquettes.
Willing to relocate Chennai/Bangalore.
Willing to work in Night Shift.
Immediate joiners or 15 days Notice Preferred.
