Job Description

Sales Officer (SO) / Area Sales Manager (ASM)

Reports to - M.D/Sales Manager/Operation Manager

Job Overview- The incumbent must be Self-oriented, Self-Confident, Energetic & must be able to handle sales target independently.

Responsibilities and Duties

1.Supervising sales and marketing operations for achieving increased growth & top-line profitability.

2. Implementing business strategies to build customer preference & augment marketing evolution of domestic markets.

3.Developing relationships with key decision makers in the respective target organizations for business development. 3.Identifying and developing new streams for long term revenue growth.

4.Utilizing public information and personal networking in order to develop marketing intelligence for generating leads. 5.Handling the entire State.

6.Maximize sales performance through delivering an exceptional customer experiences, people management and cost control.

7.Generating new business by leveraging existing relationships, prospecting, conducting market analysis.

8.Driving & managing the entire sales process. Targeting to potential customers, identifying dealers & distributors, negotiating & closing.

9.Coordination with the dealers & distributors to ensure timely collection of payments for smooth functioning.

10. Track all appointments, sales status etc.Qualifications Masters Degree from Top B-Schools like IIM, IIT, MNIT, NIT etc will be preferred.Location Bhopal, Indore, Jabalpur, Ujjain, Gwalior , Rewa , Raipur , Varanasi, Lucknow, Prayagraj, Ludhiyana and Chandigarh.

Age 22 to 35 only.

Required Candidate Profile - Excellent Communication Skills both verbal and written, sales-driven & target-driven attitude.

Required Experience Min 2-3yr in Product Sales (Freshers also)Preferably Wires, Cables or Lighting Industry.

Salary 18k-25k-35kTarget - Will be Decided According to Offered Salary
