Job Description

Building relationships and network efficiently with key internal & external stakeholders.
Well-versed with the proper adoption of HR Practices & Policies to ensure standardization and consistency in application of HR practices and policies.
Formulate new strategies to improve employee engagement and coordinating with business heads to reduce employee turnover.
Develop & implement HR plans & tactical programs, in alignment with the long term & annual plans inline with the priorities of the business.
Carry out Performance Management practices as well as Employee Assessment.
Conceptualize & implement potential assessment and succession planning practices.
Strong HR acumen with a background in TA, C&B, Employees Welfare & Engagement, ER, IR, L&D, PMS, Statutory Compliance, General Administration, Project EHS requirement & change management.
Strive to resolve employee queries and concerns, facilitate solutions on employee issues within well- defined TAT.
Appropriate assignment of tasks and resources to people based on their skills, capabilities, and availability, makes efficient use of resources, facilitates communication between project members to ensure efforts are aligned.
Any other assignment given from time to time based on the needs of the Business & HR Function
