Job Description


Minimum qualifications:
  • Master's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5 years of experience in operations, program management, or comparable experience
  • Experience using SQL and dashboards to cull data-driven insights on business opportunities represented by operational data

Preferred qualifications:
  • Ability to drive operational excellence in an operations or comparable organization excellence in execution, with data driven thinking and decision making
  • Ability to navigate a high degree of ambiguity, solve complex problems autonomously, and think strategically
  • Ability to influence without authority at all levels
  • Ability to cultivate strong cross-functional relationships for mutual benefit
  • Advanced executive communication and collaboration skills

About the job
gTech's Product and Tools Operations team (gPTO) leverages deep user, operational, and technical insights to innovate Google's Ads products into customer experiences that are so intuitive (or automated) that they require no support at all. gPTO partners closely with gTech's Support, Professional Services, Product Management, and Engineering teams to innovate and simplify our Ads products and build the productivity tools ecosystem for gTech users.
Our team (formerly gTech Creative Services) sits within the gTech Customer Experience (gCare) organization, and is also part of the Global Business Organization (GBO)-wide Creative Works cross-functional team. Sellers GBO-wide count on our services to unlock media business by bringing their clients creative vision to life quickly and inexpensively. Responsibilities
  • Develop operational improvements across workflows by analyzing data to evaluate the best processes, working with others to gather feedback, and implementing improvements to aid efficiency
  • Own anchor tools and infrastructure across the team, working closely with key stakeholders to drive improvements for all users
  • Use relationship management skills to build trusting relationships in order to influence key stakeholders (Sales, Account Management and cross-functional teams) to manage competing priorities, secure project buy-in, and improve collaboration
  • Manage new menu of service items through scoping, evaluation, planning, and implementation in order to transition operations between teams, vendors, and locations
  • Identify, project manage, and lead automation efforts across processes to drive significant cost reduction and time savings for the business
