  • You will develop and test sophisticated or asynchronous software applications and related programs and procedures to ensure they meet design requirements. You will provide support and maintenance for these applications.

  • You will apply software design principles, data structures and/or design patterns to write code that is clean, maintainable, optimized, modular with good naming conventions.

  • You will collaborate with team members to co-develop and solve problems.

  • You understand the importance of system and technology integration and the basic features and facilities involved in the integration process.

  • You will continuously seek and learn new technical skills in an engineering area.

  • You feel comfortable challenging authority/the status quo.

  • You report clearly on current work status. You ask challenging questions.
Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree or Masters in Computer Science & Engineering, or a related technical field or equivalent related professional experience.

  • 2+ years of software development experience in an enterprise-level engineering environment and web application development.

  • Strong proficiency in one modern programming languages, such as Java, Kotlin or Go.

  • Familiarity with API access methods, event-driven technology and relational databases is a huge plus.

  • Familiarity with AWS and automated application deployment.

  • Able to understand moderately complex systems.

  • Have an understanding of testing and monitoring tools (like Grafana, Splunk, Datadog, etc.).

  • Able to test, debug and monitor your own code.

  • Understand of how teams goals fit a business need.
