Candidate should have 5-7 years of relevant experience in Oracle Cloud HCM Applications with at least 2 end-to-end implementations
Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in at-least 2-3 below Fusion modules along with the Core HR module

Time and Labor
Absence Management
Payroll
Benefits
Talent Management
Recruitment
Workforce Compensation

Experience in HCM Cloud Conversion using HDL and HSDL
Experience in BI Publisher, HCM Extracts and Fast Formula
Must have worked on RTF Template, E-text template, excel template
Working knowledge in Fusion Security, Workflow
An experience on OCI (Oracle Integration Cloud) will be an added advantage
