Job Description

Purpose of the job:
Responsible for achieving Production targets in the specific module / Line as per the plan with desired quality standards.
Role & Responsibilities:
Responsible for achieving production targets on time with desired quality
Planning of Man, Machine, Tool, Materials (Including consumables)
Productivity monitoring and job card entry
Ensuring safety in the shop floor
Solving minor technical issues in the production line
Initiating countermeasures to clear the production backlogs
Initiating corrective and preventive actions for customer complaints and in-house rejections and implementing the same.
Breakdown report entry in SAP for machine break downs
Overtime monitoring and control
Educating operators on the Safety, quality aspects
Ensuring high morale in the shop floor & motivation of operators
