Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant, SAP IBP/APO
Responsibilities:
As a member of our team, you ll have a chance to extend your experience. You ll support clients in choosing the most suitable business solution and take part in advisory projects - implementation of SAP IBP and APO with related other SAP modules. You ll also participate in post-implementation review of chosen processes as well as in coordination of the main project tasks.
- Strong experience of 5-7 years with SAP APO system Implementation (especially strong experience in Supply and Demand Planning in APO).
- Configuration and Operation of Demand Planning (DP), Supply Network Planning (SNP), Demand Planning (DP), Sales and Operations Planning (SOP), Net Requirements Calculation, Detailed Scheduling, Capacity Requirements, Master Data in ECC and APO.
- Maintenance and ability to troubleshoot the Core Interface (CIF) between APO and SAP.
- Excellent Understanding of SAP ECC MM and SD Modules.
- Able to execute integration models and troubleshoot issues.
- Understanding of both raw material and finished goods.
- Hana and IBP integration links.
- Deep knowledge and operational experience.
- Work experience in the CPG industry is preferred.
- Since role is as Super User, candidate should demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
- Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
- Can prepare specifications, estimates and solution documentation to support work completed.
- Develop familiarity with clients operations.
- Fosters and maintain good relationships with customers and colleagues to meet expected customer service levels.
- Experience should be in End-to-end Implementation, Support, upgrade, optimization and various areas with implementation of Sub-modules like DP, SNP, CIF, PPDS, GATP and good understanding of SAP APO-ECC integration
- Well-honed SCM skills and expert understanding of the Software Configuration Management. Ability to perform complex SCM tasks and ability to mentor or train others in the configuration management effort.
- System configuration in accordance with Solution Design & Configuration Workbook / Business Blueprint
- Preparation& Execution of Test Cases / Test Plans / Test scripts

- S4 HANA Certified
- Should have worked in global projects.
- Excellent Communication skills.

Graduation: B.Tech/B.E, MBA/MCA

- The candidate must be a self-starter, capable of multitasking and efficiently manage their time in a multifaceted environment with demanding deadlines while requiring minimal levels of supervision.
- Additionally, the candidate must possess excellent writing, speaking, analytical, project management, organizational, teamwork, and customer service skills that will assist them in identifying solutions to sophisticated security problems
- Ability to deliver high quality and reliable software by collaborating with team. Outstanding analytical skills, ability to apply expertise to drive sophisticated, technical and highly commercial solutions. Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
