Job Description
We have an urgent opening with a TOP IT company for Chief Proctor(Exam Coordinator)/IT Supervisor - UP/Bihar/Hyderabad/Bangalore
NOTE:
Should have 1 yr of experience.
Ready to join immediate.
Any graduate can apply
Salary is 13000 CTC.
JD:
(1) Ensure venue readiness prior to exam day and fair and timely conduct of online exams at
the exam venues on mutually discussed dates including weekends (sat/sun) as per training
procedures prescribed and ensure that they are strictly adhered to
(2) Conduct various infrastructure readiness test at the hired exam venues before exams as per
the procedure and training provided
(3) Carry the Exam Server from nearest site to the exam venue on all exam days and
connect to the LAN at the venue and test for connectivity.
(4) Conduct training on exam invigilation procedure to the venue staff members representing
from the hired exam venue as per requirements
(5) Timely escalation to the concerned for any failure(s), which disrupt the conduct of exams.
Follow and act on the instructions from the concerned for fixing the problems/issues faced.
(6) Handling candidate queries / grievances & solving issues if any.
(7) MIS and Reports submission during and at end of the exams as per prescribed formats
