Functional Knowledge:
  • Adept at Retail and Store Processes
  • Good at documenting issues and determining the root cause.
  • Good at handling various end user support activities like information gathering, analyzing the information gathered, documenting the functional or technical issues.
  • Ability to test fixes and solutions provided.
  • Ability to do user acceptance testing of the final solution.

Technical Skill:
  • MS SQL database admin and queries & Configuration Management
