Experience working with Implementation partners like Mphasis, ITC Infotech and Brillo.
Experience working with State clients (State of NC, MI ).
Networking with new clients and gather closable requirements.
Experience in doing 2nd level interviews of the screened candidates before submitting to the Client.
Team Player, able to handle out of role duties if and when needed.
Experience in training new recruiters.
Excellent experience in Business development, interaction with US-based clients, gathering and understanding their project requirement, carrying out the brainstorming session, drafting the proposal, proposing the suitable solution, and making the presentation, negotiation with US based client and close the sales of Projects.
Apart from your own sales closures, you will also train and manage a team of Business Development Executives and help them with their closures as well.
