Job description
- 3+ years experience in Network Management/Applications (eg, Mycom PrOptima, / competitor tools like Infovista)
- Excellent understanding of Telecom Network and network architecture, GSM network Performance KPI and Counters ( 2G, 3G, 4G), SDH, DWDM, Microwave networks, southbound and northbound EMS/NMS, and experience in the OSS domain
- Specification of KPI's and reports for the monitoring and the optimization of wireless and wire line telecom networks. Defining KPIs and metrics.
- Understanding of Network Performance Management and creating Service Level Agreements (SLA's) to support customers and metrics
- Experience in deploying and integrating with HP products at customer site such as TeMIP, NNMi,iSPI
- Experience with data processing tool/scripts (Excel, Perl/Shell script, XML),
- Experience database systems (SQL/MySQL and /or Oracle, OS exp (Solaris/UNIX/Windows OS)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
