Understanding of Basic Assembly Processes & Line balancing and Mechanical Drawings. Knowledge of Jigs & Fixtures and the improvement process-5s/Kaizen/Poka-Yoke/7QC Tools/WI/SOP. Determining quality control standards. Plan V/s Achievement Monitoring
Required Candidate profile
Monitoring & updation of skill matrix for shop floor employees.Monitoring of FTR % & Gap Analysis with Action plan. MRM data Preparation & Action plan to overcome gaps. Line Balancing &Productivity

SALARY 5.50 LAKH- 7.8 LAKH PER ANNUM
