Hiring Experienced Technical Support Executive in a Leading MNC


About the client:
Our client is an American business services company specializing in customer engagement and business performance.
Designation : Technical Support Executive
Job Role:
  • Providing inbound voice support to customers for Laptop/Desktop
  • Resolving Hardware, Printer, scanner issues etc

Location: Chandigarh, DLF IT Park
Note : Candidate should have knowledge in troubleshooting, firewall ,Malware etc.
Requirements
  • Any Undergraduate/Graduate/Postgraduates/Masters can apply
  • Minimum 1 Year and above exp in Technical support (Preferred Laptop/Desktop troubleshooting experience)
  • Excellent English communication required both verbal and written.
  • Candidate should have knowledge in troubleshooting ,power point.

Work Days - 5 days working with 2 week off's
  • Shift - Should be flexible with night shifts and rotational shifts
