IT infrastructure & providing technical support to all Develop and implement all IT policies and procedures System Administration, management of backup & system restoration, installation & configuration of CISCO routers, switches, and Firewall, software & hardware devices, Network Management, maintenance, installation, and configuration of servers, network printer, routers, and switches Assembling & dissembling installation of drivers Technical Support, Addressing bottlenecks and ensuring maximum uptime, smooth functioning of IT infrastructure. Planning future improvements, suggesting IT solutions to business problems, making sure all IT meets industry standards, supervising help desk staff
Skills: Good at problem-solving Good at organizing and multitasking Able to explain technical problems in simple terms Work well with people A dedication to continually update...
