Area Sales Manager: Job description:
1) Min 5 - 6 yrs Years of experience on paper.
2) Bachelor's or master's degree is mandatory.
Team Leader & Trainer: Job description:

1) Min 2 years - 3 Years of team handling / Trainer experience and 2 -3 years in an individual contributor role.
2) Bachelor's or master's degree is mandatory.
3) Managing and tracking team members.
4)Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reviews.
5) Team Handling & Sales Management

6 ) Max Age up to 30
JD :- Sales Executive ( FOS)

Location : Mumbai ,Delhi , Noida , Gurgoan , Jaipur, Tirupati , Vizag , Vijayawada, Kurnool, kota, meerut, Bangalore Whitefield, Ahmedabad , Amritsar , jalandhar ,Hydrabad , Delhi - NCR

Qualification : HSC Passed

The candidate would be required to approach retailers (kirana stores) in the cities

The role would require the following skills

Ability to make a sales pitch to convince the customer to avail the loan facility
Good understanding of the product / process to be able to respond to customer queries effectively
Collect the documents provided by the customer for on-boarding and ensure that all documents are as per the requirement
Coordinate with the merchant sales team to be able to create leads
