Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant - Cloud DevOps Engineer
GE Coretech (GE Coretech) Information Technology has contracted Genpact to provide team of experts across several areas of DevOps Support, Genpact will provide support for below listed functions Responsibilities
- Expertise in Terraform and CI/CD pipeline setup using Azure DevOps service.
- Ansible and Chef Knowledge.
- Hands on experience in Azure ARM templates. Well versed with JASON/YAML format files
- Hands on experience on cloud agnostic tools like Jenkins, Maven, Terraform etc
- Hands on experience on automation languages like python, shell scripts, pearl/ruby
- Hands on experience on Docker and Kubernetes
- Overall architecture knowledge of Azure/AWS
- Azure/AWS certification is preferred.
- Having cloud Dev Ops Certification would be an additional advantage
- Should have sound knowledge and working experience on AWS
- Should have Good knowledge on Automation methodologies, processes
- Should have Experience on writing cloud stack for Building the Cloud Architecture as per the need
- Should have sound knowledge on Ruby and must have implemented Chef Cookbooks for automation as per the requirement
- Should have hands on experience in Package Management and must have created RPMs
- Should be well versed in Invoking Lambda Functions
- Should have experience in Implementing the automation for Turning off / On the EC2 Instances for Maintenance activity
- Should have knowledge in be able to automate the Patching activities independently based on the specific environments
- Should be well versed in Linux, Shell scripting, Ruby, Python
- Should be well versed with Building Packages and Package Managements
- Should have implemented the Docker Container
- Should be well versed with Middleware Technologies such as Jboss, tomcat, apache, weblogic, IIS
- Should have sound knowledge on Jenkins / GITHUB / Artifactory Architecture
- Should be self-Driven, should be able to drive projects & communicate with clients independently
- Should have good communication skills / should have experience in communicating with customers
- Must be flexible to work in 24x7 Shift
Good years IT experience
Good experience in Web Ops & Build projects
Good of experience with DevOps Support
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelors Degree required. Preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Preferred qualificationsVery good written and presentation / verbal communication skills with experience of customer interfacing role. In-depth requirement understanding skills with good analytical and problem solving ability, interpersonal efficiency, and positive attitude
