Understanding JD(Job description) for finding right candidates at right jobs.
According to no of requirements sourcing / screening resume(qualification, relevance experience, age)
3. UTILIZING RESUME SOURCING METHODS
1.Traditional Sourcing : Cold calling, Referencing, Old data utilization(Creating pool of Data Bank), Meeting candidates in office,
