Job Responsibilities:

1.CLIENT COORDINATION (COMPANY HR, LINE MANAGERS)
Enquiring about no of requirements Companies wise in particular branch/region
Strategizing / Planning for Recruitment Drives.

2. RECRUITMENT PROCESS END TO END CYCLE.
Understanding JD(Job description) for finding right candidates at right jobs.
According to no of requirements sourcing / screening resume(qualification, relevance experience, age)

3. UTILIZING RESUME SOURCING METHODS
1.Traditional Sourcing : Cold calling, Referencing, Old data utilization(Creating pool of Data Bank), Meeting candidates in office,
Job Applications :Mass mailing, Job Postings (naukri.com , times jobs, shine.com)
