We are looking for a successful Senior Project Manager (Sr PM) to join the team in Bangalore, India.The Sr PM is a servant leader to cross-functional teams and the Global Business Unit. The cross-functional teams are globally distributed and tasked to sustain medical product: devices, software, disposables and solutions. The Sr PM facilitates teamwork and mobilizes people and resources across the globe to support our installed product base. The Sr PM is accountable for project schedules, budget, risk management, and interacts with all functions and levels of management ensuring effective communications.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead team core teams to define program strategies and to deliver results per customer requirements.
- Mobilize and lead people, manage resources and budget to deliver on business targets
- Interact through program updates and reviews with all functions and levels of management, ensuring effective ongoing communications across teams and stakeholders with the highest transparency.
- Guide teams in decomposing complex work into backlog items enabling effort estimation and effective prioritization
- Manage several of initiatives and integrate workstreams into a cohesive program
- Deploy metric based project tracking
- Ensures identification and communication of project risks, development of risk plan and proactive management of risk response strategies.

- Social - Must be sensitive to cultural aspects and available to work across global time zones
- Problem and Conflict Solver Able to facilitate discussion and facilitate alternatives or different approaches
- 7+ years project management experience with demonstrated success leading multi-site, global or enterprise-wide programs in the medical products industry
- 10+ years professional experience in highly-regulated industries
- Experience in managing workstreams that include external design and/or manufacturing partners
- Must have strong knowledge Medical Device Product Lifecycle (ISO 13485 and FDA QS Regulation 21 CFR Part 820)
- MBA/MS or bachelor s degree required
- Current Project Management Certification (PMI, IPMA, SAFe, CSPO, etc.) required
