Responsibilities:

• Responsible for preparing & review and approval of QA & QC Sop s.
• Review and approval of Raw material, packing material, In process, Intermediate & API S raw data and Spec & STP s.
• Responsible for review of phase-I OOS investigation, invalid reports & incident reports.
• Responsible for Initiation, review and approval of Stability protocol s, Stability raw data & compliance data.
• Responsible of review and approval of Instrument qualification, preventive maintenance, Calibration maintenance records and master schedules.
• Preparation & Review of Annual Product quality Review of various products.
• Handling and review of Change controls, Deviations NC S and OOS related to Quality control.
• Daily monitoring Quality control activities.
• Review and approval of cleaning validation protocols and reports.
• Review and approval of Method validations and method transfer activities.
• Handling of internal audits.
• Responsible for Issuance, retrieval and archival of documents.
• Responsible of Monthly audit trail data review (chromatography) for HPLC & GC instruments.
• Review of analytical and batch Production records (BPCR s) for Batch Release.
• Responsible for product release activity.
• Responsible for any other activity as assigned by In-charge/Head-QA.
