Job Description

Essential Skills:

Strong knowledge of industry best practices in IT around Change, Problem, and Incident Management.
Customer service and liaison skills between Command and Control operations and multiple technical / business support areas and customers.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to coordinate incident resolution when dealing with multiple support areas and / or suppliers.
Technical SME in the Network area with IP routing and switching, firewalls, wireless.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Maintain network inventory, contracts, track changes
Create monthly reports, highlight area of concerns, suggest, resolve and close

Technical Competency :

Mandatory:-Routing, Switching, Firewall, Wireless
Preferred:-Data Centre Experience
Mandatory to have Exposure to Load Balancer (Any One at least) Netscaler, F5, Radware

Firewall (Any One at least)- Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, SonicWALL
VPN (IPSEC/SSL)
Experience in routing and switching
Routing Protocol: OSPF/BGP/MPLS
Certifications: CCNA,CCNP
