Position Title: Corporate Sales officers

Business Unit: National Distribution Structure

Grade: Officer/Senior Officers

Report To: Branch Manager

Job Purpose: To build very strong connects with Corporates and source salary accounts

Key Accountability: The key accountability of sales officers is source quality salary accounts and cross sell various banking products

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Quality sourcing of salary accounts from empaneled corporates
• Managing salary portfolio, UPI Linkage, M0 Balance , Savings balance and increase wallet share of our banking products includes Insurance, Mortgages, UL, SIP etc.
• Corporate employee engagement activities
• Participate in corporate induction and migration events
• Resolve salary account related queries within stipulated time & provide feedback to supervisor

Preferred Qualification and Experience: Graduate/Post-graduate with min 3-5 years of relevant experience

Core Competencies:

• Ready to travel and goal oriented
• Must be a good listener and presenter
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Technical Experience and Competencies:

• Deep Banking knowledge
• Good network in the market
• Computer and digital savvy.
