A minimum of 5 years of experience working with React Native and ASP.NET Web application using (C#) with enterprise level applications in a matrix organization
Develop custom android and iOS applications from start to finish

Excellent written and verbal communication (English)
Clear understanding of SDLC/ Agile Methodology

Unit Testing
Software design and specifications
Actual core implementation (programming which is often the most important portion of software development)
Other required implementations (e.g. installation, configuration, customization, integration, data migration)
Participation in software product definition, including Business case or Gap analysis or Requirements analysis
Development and refinement of throw-away simulations or prototypes to confirm requirements
Feasibility and Cost-benefit analysis, including the choice of application architecture and framework, leading to the budget and schedule for the project
Authoring of documentation needed by users and implementation partners etc.
Testing, including defining/supporting acceptance testing and gathering feedback from pre-release testers
Participation in software release and post-release activities, including support for product launch evangelism (e.g. developing demonstrations and/or samples) and competitive analysis for subsequent product build/release cycles
Application Maintenance and checklist updation
Produce and have a mature approach to documentation and distribution of knowledge.
Responsible for the daily operation and support tasks for critical 24x7 Applications support / development and maintaining the SLA
Pro-actively identifying any issues for resolution and implementing those resolutions
Ensure regular maintenance of Application Server and Database
Ensure that quality control and quality assurance procedures are performed in accordance with development standards
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Ability to anticipate potential problems, determine and implement solutions
