Job Description
The main objective of Acchai is to cater to corporates by delivering fresh tea accompanied with snacks at affordable prices, we also serve retail customers through doorstep delivery and walk-ins.
Objectives of this Role
Managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities focusing on Corporates and B2B sales for F&B Industry
Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships
Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets
Develop strategies and positions by visiting offices that could act as potential clients.
Identifying potential Investors and Franchisee for Acchai across Maharashtra. Seeks out prospective franchise owners, and lays the groundwork for completing a contract with a new franchise owner.
Conducting regular market visits to check store upkeep, sales personnel training, competitor activity and continuously search for new opportunities to increase sales for the franchisee partner.
Providing franchisees and customers with information about new or improved products, promotions, and services to improve sales.
Skills and Qualifications
At least a Master's or Bachelors degree in business or management from a reputed institute.
Minimum experience of 1-2 years in B2B sales, franchise expansion and negotiation in the Food and Beverages Sector
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Working experience with sales techniques
Marketing Skills will be an added advantage
Proven ability to plan and manage resources
Should be based out of Mumbai
