Channel Sales Manager/ Sales Manager @ Halwasiya Developments

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for primary & secondary sales for the territories.
Coordinate with distributors/ retailers/ customers for processing orders & collection of payments.
Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly & annual objectives.
Monitor & maintain distributor & retail inventory.
Provide latest information to the Management & support new & existing distributors & retail outlets.
Manage budgets & resources and monitor retail operating cost.
Analyse downstream reports and appraise upward periodically.
Communicate with distributors and retailers and evaluate the market & sales need.
Driving sales efforts involving effective promotional activities, product awareness with high potential clients for growth and profitability.
Development of marketing plans to improve brand awareness, brand image and finally improving brand equity.
Conduct regular retail audits and create reports, analyse and interpret retail data, like revenues, expenses and market share.
Maintaining and improving relationships with the distributor / retailers / shop owners etc.
Formalization of sales strategic policies relating to business practices i.e. commercial, financial, Sales, marketing, code of conduct, etc.
Analyse and develop new markets to drive volumes resulting in augmented business.
Analyse and report competitors strategies upward on Pricing, Placing, Promos, Schemes, Product Features etc.
