Job Description


1. Experience in Sales in PMS / Security & Surveillance /Entrance Control /Automation /Access Control.
2. Experience in Developing & Managing Project Sales and working closely with/Consultants/PMCs/EPCs with strong end-user/customer engagements.
3. Proven record of acquiring new customers/logos. UP selling & cross selling in existing accounts.
4. Mapping managing of order booking to delivery execution to revenue recognition from large accounts.
5. Exposure on parking, Management system/solutions, Boom Barriers, ANPR, Flap Barriers, RFID technology, Tyre Killers, UVSS will be preferred.
6. Proven Sales consistency.
7. Designing of presentations for capability workshop & solution sales.
8. Complete ownership of P&L for sales & services.

2. Effective Communicator with Good Presentation Skills
3. Proactive approach
4. Ability to work in Crossfunctional alignments.
5. Good negotiation skills and a go-getter.
6. Strong understanding of Sales Process.
7. Industry understanding and good OEMs alignments.
