Desired Candidate Profile
We are looking out for an ERP Manager for Skootr Global Pvt Ltd. The job description and skills required for this role are as follows:-
1. Should be able to understand enterprise software application and ERP application and mobile apps quickly
2. Flexible to do implementation of software and ERP and training customers on need basis
3. Should be proactive in identifying different use cases of features.
4. To perform through review of closed support cases on a weekly basis to measure process compliance.
5. Customer orientation and ability to adopt/respond to different types of customers.
6. Ability to recognize ineffective customer service interaction, identify gaps in quality of service and drive initiatives to improve service quality.
7. Ability to effectively prioritize and executive tasks to meet completing deadlines.
Skills:-
1. Sound knowledge on SQL Server, database maintenance, ERP
2. Knowledge in Ecommerce/ Startup/IT domain would be an advantage
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Very Good Communication
5. Willing to travel
6. Strong inter-personal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
