Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION -
As a Junior/sr site Engineer you Job will include co-ordination with following personnel for sufficient and smooth functioning of site -
Contractors
Consultants
Suppliers
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES -
Understand the finalized architectural detailed drawings for the project and resolve issues/queries on the same from the Architect at site
Coordinate with the QA/ QC team to ensure that quality checks are undertaken in a timely manner
Undertake daily inspections to check adherence to the construction drawings, track deviations and highlight the same to the Architect at site
Manage the RCC work through coordination and follow-up with the RCC contractor and RMC contractor in a timely manner.
Undertake the measurement of civil structures to check dimensions/ specifications as provide in the drawings and ensure reinforcement
Monitor the civil activities on a day-to day basis to ensure the quality of work, quantum of work completed and quality of material utilized
Prepared and maintain the daily progress reports for all civil work activities undertaken by the civil team and send to H.O
Co-ordinate with vendors, consultants and architects.
KEY SKILLS
Manages the execution of all Civil activities at the project site from site mobilization, Piling, site excavation, laying foundation, plinth, sub-structure, super structure to finishing with all respect in coordination with the various contractors, consultants and internal teams.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Qualification Degree/ Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Experience- 03-04 years of experience in civil works in real estate industry with experience in the area of on-site experience.
JOB REQUISITE -
Knowledge of civil engineering trends in real estate industry.
Knowledge of building civil structures (from site evacuation to finishes).
