Hiring Virtual Relationship Manager For Reputed Life Insurance Company @Thane (GB Road)
About Company :
- Reputed Life Insurance Company is expanding its Direct Marketing channel by setting up a virtual relationship management team from its Thane Office.
Role :
- The VRM would act as a Relationship Manager for the existing customers and is expected to engage with the customer to build a long term relationship with them along with upselling the group's insurance and other financial products to them.

Role and Responsibilities :
- Handle portfolios of the clients for the company
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients and customers
- Encourage high-sales and good customer service practices
- Create strategies and work with clients to boost their brand
- Help promote and maintain a positive company image.

Minimum 1 years of experience of VRM or Telesales, Field Work, Customer facing in Bank or upselling in BFSI Industry (Preferable in Insurance)
Criteria :
- VRM/Tele channel relationship management in BFSI Experience preferred.
- Language Known: English, Hindi & Malayalam/Telugu/Kannada/Tamil/Oriya/Haryana/Punjabi
- He/ She should be 34 and below years of age.
