Job Description

Job Title: Lead / Analyst - Warranty Claim

Roles and Responsibilities:

Candidate should have 3+ years experience in Warranty claims.
Experience in dealing with Warranty Claims. Extended Warranty on Products like mobile laptop Refrigerator AC Fans Water Heater Garage door openers Garbage disposals etc
Apart from the regular manufacturers Warranty of the product provided by the manufacture company the consumer can buy an additional cover or extended cover (from stores Tesco reliance etc. or online like amazon eBay BestBuy etc.) as a protection to safeguard the product which is called Extended Warranty
Register claim in case if the product is damaged and customer is claiming within the Warranty Period
Identity right service provider to visit the customers house to inspect and provide the service of repair if required
Order parts if required and adjudicate the claim accordingly
Based on the extent of damage either provide repair/replacement or buyout of the product
Claims Adjudication based on the estimates received from the service provider
