Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

1) Ecommerce Sales

  • Seasonal sales planning for Ecommerce partners.
  • Monthly target Sales, Collection, Reconciliation
  • Partner order preparation with their alignment and acceptance.
  • Product sell through management.
  • In season key initiative / corrective actions to enhance the product sell through and other KPIs.
  • Monthly marketing alignment with ecommerce partners.
  • Product listing on respective ecommerce platform.
  • MIS data management for Ecommerce channel.

2) Order Management

  • Support product team with timely inputs for range planning.
  • Coordinate with product and logistics to keep a track of inventory flow.
  • Coordinate with Marketing and product for management of product launches.

Desired Candidate Profile :


  • Minimum 3 years of sales and Merchandising in Sports / Fashion industry.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • A team player with min supervision and the ability to multi-task under a lean workforce
  • Proficient in MS Office especially Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Table, Index match etc)
  • Mature, organized, detailed, meticulous, high initiative with a positive and keen attitude to learn
