Job Purpose
'This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.'
Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
* Duties and Responsibilities - 1. Designation - Campaign manager. 2. Handle dialer process for RCC 3. Churn data and derive required data conversion 4. Maintain dialer performance metrices 5. Generate dialler reports and productivity outputs 6. Maintain MIS of data churn attempt as per guideline agent performance etc. 7. Make agent APR reports
Required Qualifications and Experience
* 1. Min 2 years of experience in call center operations with min 1 year as campaign manager 2. Must have good understanding of dialler functioning, data churning etc. 3. Good MS excel knowledge. 4. Understanding of credit card/Loans.
