Need to attend Job fair, Campus recruitment, visit client location for hiring.Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities
Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions
Should have target chasing attitude

Required skill set-

Excellent communication skills
Should have strong knowledge on end to end recruitment.
Should have strong knowledge on various sourcing strategies
Know networking online and offline with potential candidates to promote the employer brand, reduce time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals.
