Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager - Engineering ManagerIn this role, the primary objective of the Inside Client Manager is to manage and grow relationships and drive expansion and renewals across all solutions (foundational solutions primary) within assigned accounts.
Responsibilities
- Lead end to end solutions design, development, and delivery of multiple concurrent App Dev projects
- Provide scalable solutions for large and complex systems of engagement
- Manage tasks in a fast-paced environment to ensure they are completed on time with attention to delivering high-quality results.
- Provide technical and leadership guidance and direction to personnel to ensure proper, timely completion of work. In addition, provide personnel with timely, constructive, and actionable feedback that increases individual and team effectiveness.
- Attract, develop, and retain talent to improve team productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with teams to frame, structure, and prioritize business problems where insights can have the biggest impact.
- Prioritize, expand, and manage the portfolio of App Dev projects to meet business requirements and time and budget constraints.
Qualifications we seek in youMinimum qualifications- Experience in developing and delivering IT products for transformation in large scale organizations
- Interfacing with CxOs for understanding, developing, and delivering Systems of Engagements as required
- Relevant experience in contemporary App dev technologies and platforms including apps using serverless architecture (AWS and Azure) and Infosec controls
- Knowledge and experience with at least 4 to 5 large Systems of Engagement projects
- Preferred working experience in BPM functional projects.
- Experience in strategy execution, business transformation, consulting or digital transformation
- Team management skills and experience in a large organization on how to use Scrum and other Agile practices
- Excellent solution skills (architecture, design, development, and support) across enterprise technologies and platforms for Web and Mobile Apps, Microservices, ETL, Reporting.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, particularly the ability to handle complex issues/scenarios into easy-to-understand concepts and storytelling.
- Attention to detail with self-discipline, strong ownership, and accountability, and drive for results.
- Demonstrated ability to work in ambiguous situations and have influence across organizational boundaries
- Good knowledge of DevOps and Agile methods is essential

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Business Analysis skills
