Inviting applications for the role of Azure cloud developer
Responsibilities
- Ensuring support and guidance to team members on technical front on setting up environment in Azure cloud for building Data & Analytics platform
- Collaborate with teams to help them understand the technical implementation of solutions; understand their needs to enhance solution keeping in view of product
- Work with customers and leaders to validate concepts, vision, and roadmaps
- Effectively collaborate with multiple stakeholders, product owners and teams to efficiently manage the distribution of backlog items to development teams.
- Oversee and provides guidance for solutions to complex technical problems by challenging traditional technical assumptions.
- Identify any gaps in functionality or user experience proactively
- Monitor the product performance and technical problems.
Qualifications/Minimum qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor s degree in quantitative discipline with 2 years of applicable experience or a combination of education and experience.
- Familiarity with the Hadoop file system, databases,
- Py Spark programming, SQL, Sqoop, NIFI, KAFKA
- Must have knowledge in Azure Data Factory, Data Lake, Synapse DB, Azure Databricks, Python, pyspark
- Have sound knowledge in Azure Solutions to share insights and best practices, connect with Engineering team to remove key blockers
- Should have good ELT/ETL experience in Cloud platform using Azure Data Factory
- SQL including Azure Synapse DB for Implementing Enterprise DWH
- Data Engineering using (Azure Databricks, Python (Pandas, Numpy )
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant work experience in Insurance
- Very good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in MS excel
- Good analytical and problem solving skills and ability to handle team and client discussions
