Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant: Citrix Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

    • Implement and support Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop multiple environments, 5/6/7.15 or later.
    • XenApp configuration, XenDesktop, Provisioning Server, some hypervisor and management experience (VMware /Xenserver).
    • ESXI Host Management And adding storage to VM s
    • Experience in handling CISCO UCS Hardware.
    • Implement and support Group Policies
    • Work with executive team members, decision makers, and stakeholders to define business requirements and systems goals.
    • Site and Servers Reports / Maintenance
    • Citrix Trend analysis
    • Configure and support Netscaler and Access Gateway solutions to support scalable delivery of applications
    • Need knowledge on Solar winds and EG Tools to monitor Citrix Environment.
    • Publishing hosted applications.
    • Managing Citrix Licenses.
    • Good Exposure in FSLogix profile management.
    • Windows patching and Citrix Servers patching.
    • Good knowledge in MCS and PVS
    • Good knowledge in Azure Cloud and Citrix Cloud
    • Creating Policies Windows and Citrix as per the requirement
    • Expertise in Citrix Technologies
    • Creating CR s as per the requirement
    • Preparing MOPs and Share across team members.
    • Netscaler Certification updates and troubleshooting gateway level issues
    • Good Expertise on XenDesktop Production environment creating catalogs.
    • Monitoring Storage related issues on Critical Citrix Servers
    • Understand and maintain Active directory, GPO, DNS, DCHP, and windows security for file/folders
    • Collaborate with network team to ensure smooth and reliable operation of software and systems for fulfilling business objectives and processes.
    • Monitor and test system performance; prepare and deliver system performance statistics and reports.
    • Deploy new applications and enhancements to existing applications, software, and operating systems.
    • Ensure system connectivity of all servers, shared software, and other applications.
    • Create and maintain documentation as it relates to system configuration, mapping, processes, and service records.
    • Create shell scripts as required.
    • Knowledge of AppV
    • Good documentation skills
    • Install/configure and maintain Netscaler
    • Scripting Skills: Python PowerShell
    • Preferable Certifications: Citrix Certified Administrator (CCA) or Citrix Certified Associate-V (CCA-V) Certifications
    • Citrix Certified Administrator (CCA) or Citrix Certified Associate-V (CCA-V)

Qualifications we seek in you

Bachelors Degree required. Preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Preferred qualifications
  • Very good written and presentation / verbal communication skills with experience of customer interfacing role. In-depth requirement understanding skills with good analytical and problem solving ability, interpersonal efficiency, and positive attitude
